Our first time here and the service was fantastic. She was attentive and our drinks were never empty. Everything she recommended tasted delicious. I'm still thinking about that peach rum cake. It was sooo good! We will definitely be back.

Great place big and spacious, very extensive menu, will be coming back. I had the steak sandwich, very, very good! Also the nacho chip plate, excellent, out server was the best,even though he was very busy he kept checking on us, would recommend

Beautiful patio area and it’s not too loud considering the busy road and dogs are allowed!The service was good, the food was good. All around good American dining. Pizza Rolls are a must try!

We Stayed at Omni Viking hotel. Read some of the reviews, & what a great sports bar/restaurant. Very pleasant staff, lots of TVs for the sports crowd. Awesome Parmesan meatballs, Louisiana gumbo - great. Other soups were too. Dry rub Wings were perfect and crispy. Hamburger was huge, delish, and their beer selection was great. Definitely, will go back during football season trips. The review below about its name “mad cow” must be from an NFC North rival or the Village idiot! Good prices, huge menu. Go there.... & have a great time.

Went during a business trip and the restaurant was exactly what was needed. A nice welcoming atmosphere, waitress was on top of it, patio seeting was very nice next to a small pond, and the food. Wow! I am still thinking about that pizza! So good!

Out of all the available restaurants/bar and grills in the Eagan area, Mad Cow is by far one of the best options in the area! You’re welcomed the minute you walk I the door with great service oriented host/hostess and seated promptly. It doesn’t take long to recognize this place values great customer service with waiters/waitresses that are there to serve you with a smile and a laid back personality! The food is great! Burgers made to order; flatbreads that are fire oven made and appetizers and desserts that are amazing! Everything from the “Holy Pepperoni” flatbread to the “Blackened Chicken Avocado Melt” to the Quesabirria to any of their burgers are top hits! If you’re fortunate ate enough to visit Mad Cow on a beautiful late Spring or Summer night, there is an amazing outdoor patio with water features that you can enjoy while here. If you’re in the area and are looking for great eats or just a nice place to meet up with friends or even have a drink after work, Mad Cow is your place!

wow, i’m not one to write reviews but this place went above and beyond my expectations. our server luis was honestly the best server i’ve ever had. he was so helpful with my loads of questions and gave fantastic recommendations. kudos to the manager, the whole staff was very friendly, professional, and had impeccable timing with every aspect of our visit. they should be proud with how well run this place is. the food was so delicious and the drinks were even tastier. i’m still thinking about those duck wontons and baja fish tacos. there was so much more on the menu i wanted to try and can’t wait to come back! i have a feeling ill be visiting frequently :)
